Visiting Prost Alehouse: Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you stop by Prost Alehouse Texas, a family-owned craft brewery at 115 E. Main Street in historic downtown Pflugerville.

Are kids welcome?

Yes. Prost is family-friendly, and we have a playground for the kids.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes. Leashed dogs are welcome in both the taproom and the Biergarten.

Can I bring outside food?

Yes, outside food is welcome. You can also order from our neighborhood food partners and enjoy it right here. See our Food Menu page for options and hours.

Do you have happy hour?

Yes. Monday through Thursday, 3 to 6 p.m., enjoy $1 off drinks. On Wednesdays, wines are $2 off.

What can I drink if I don't drink beer?

We brew our own beers in-house, plus our own house root beer. We also pour cider, wine, mead, seltzers, and non-alcoholic options. See the Drink Menu.

Can I take beer to go?

Yes. We sell 4-packs, can fill a 25 oz crowler of any in-house beer, and can fill a 64 oz growler of any in-house beer.

Will the game be on?

We have plenty of TVs, including two 100-inch screens for football, basketball, F1, and other big games.

Is the taproom air-conditioned?

Yes. Our indoor taproom is air-conditioned, and the outdoor Biergarten is there when the weather is nice.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have Wi-Fi for guests.

Where do I park?

There's plenty of street parking around downtown Pflugerville near our building at 115 E. Main Street.

Do you take reservations or host private events?

Yes. We take reservations and host private events. Request a reservation or private event and we'll follow up with you.
